How (specificially) do each of the characters die in And Then There Were None?I understand they go in accordance with the "Ten Little Indians"...

Anthony Marston was poisoned with potassium cyanide which
was put into his drink.


Mrs. Rogers was killed was killed
with an overdose of Chloral Hydrate, a drug that helps you sleep.  It was put into her
brandy.


General Macarthur was hit on the back of the head
"with a life preserver or some such thing".


Mr. Rogers was
hit in the back of the head with an ax or "bigger
chopper".


Miss Brent was put to sleep with the chloral
hydrate and then when she was drowsy a strong solution of potassium cyanide was injected
into her neck.


Dr. Armstrong was pushed over a cliff and
dashed against the rocks during a storm. He drowned.


Mr.
Blore had a heavy marble clock dropped on him from the second story of the
house.


Mr. Lombard was shot by Vera
Claythorne


Vera Claythorne hung
herself


Justice Wargrave then shot himself in the
head.
