The sources you have listed are categorized according to
MLA as "a page on a website" or "an entire website."  In order to cite these sources,
you will need to identify as much of the following information as
possible.  This means if something is not provided on the source itself, you
can leave it out.  (I will caution you, however, that if you cannot find the majority of
the following details, you should re-consider the strength of the source.  The Internet
is an outstanding resource in terms of its ability to produce information on almost any
subject, but be very careful to look for sources of information with
credibility.  Otherwise who is to say whether the information is
even true?)

Of course, remember to use a "hanging indent" which

Compare and contrast an atheist and an agnostic.

One point of similarity between both the atheist and the
agnostic is that there is a lack of belief in the presence of the divine.  Atheism is
fairly direct in its rejection of a divine presence.  There is little doubt in the
atheist's mind that God does not exist.  Atheists tend to believe that God does not
exist due to a lack of empirical evidence.  The arguments of faith and other such
analyses are not persuasive to the atheists, who feel that the belief in the divine is a
concept that lies within human constructs.  Consider the words of Baron d' Holbach: 
"All children are born atheists; they have no idea of God."  In contrast to this would
be the agnostic. Agnostics believe that skepticism must be made to claims of
transcendentalism.  This position is different because it does not assert that God does
not exist, but rather questions the ability to make such a claim of authority.  The
atheist is able to assert that God does not exist with certainty.  The agnostic doubts
whether such a transcendental claim about the presence of God can even be made.  It is a
slight difference, but one that demarcates the line between atheism and
agnosticism.

Why is Bruno curious, adventuous and friendly in The Boy in the Striped Pajamas?

It seems to me that in order for the story "to work,"
Bruno has to be shown in the purest form of a child.  Bruno's childhood innocence and
perception of the world is what allows the story to acquire its greatest significance. 
Accordingly, Bruno has to represent those qualities within childhood such as curious,
adventurous and friendly.  In representing these qualities, Bruno's character
demonstrates a timeless and transcendental vision of childhood.  In the most bleak
setting, where childhood is eviscerated on an alarmingly high basis, Bruno's character
helps to bring light to the fact that the positive of qualities of hope and redemption,
particularly of childhood, have to be seen as stronger as the forces of negation, as
seen in the Holocaust.  If Bruno is seen in any other way, these negation forces seem to
prevail.  The development of Bruno's character, replete with a sense of curiousness as
well as one willing to undertake quests that represent only hope and nothing else, is
what allows to make his friendship with Shmuel so beautiful and tender, one that sees
them embracing their friendship even until the last moments of their
life.

Compare and Contrast Brutus from the Julius Caesar play, and Atticus Finch from To Kill a Mockingbird?

In Julius Caesar, Brutus is an
honorable man. He admits that he loves Caesar, but he loves Rome more. Brutus puts his
reputation on the line when he joins the conspirators. He stabs Caesar along with the
conspirators. In fact, Caesar's last words indicate the love and respect that even
Caesar had for Brutus. When Caesar cries, "Et tu Brute?" meaning "Even you Brutus?"
Caesar responds, "Then fall Caesar."

Caesar believed in
Brutus so much until he exclaims that he must die if Brutus thinks he must die. Brutus
is honorable and he puts himself at risk by killing
Caesar.

In much the same way, Atticus is a well respected
man in the community. He, like Brutus, puts himself at risk by defending Tom Robinson.
People of the community call him a nigger lover. In reality, Atticus is trying to make
sure that justice is served. He believes in Tom Robinson, and he presents a great
defense for his client.

Brutus and Atticus are both well
respected. They both put their reputations at risk by standing up for what they believe
in. They both lose friends because of their stand. They both live in a society that does
not support justice and fairness. Ultimately, they both lose the battle in their stance
on fairness and justice.

According to Guns, Germs and Steel, how have diseases evolved by making humans sick?

Diseases have evolved by making humans sick in ways that
allow the diseases to spread without killing the human host too quickly.  Both of these
are important for germs.

Germs need to make people sick so
that the germs can spread more easily.  They need people to expel germs by vomiting or
sneezing or having diarrhea.  The germs evolved in order to cause human beings to do
these things.  At the same time, germs need their hosts not to die quickly, before the
germ can spread.  The germ does not benefit from the host's death.  For this reason,
Diamond says, germs evolved to cause diseases that are serious and which recur in a
human population but do not kill all the people.

By
evolving in these ways, germs came to cause epidemic diseases that stayed latent in a
human population like those in the Old World.

How is hate caused by love and overcome by it when Juliet hears Romeo killed Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet?

Let us remember that Romeo has killed Tybalt, who is
Juliet's cousin, after he was married to Juliet. This of course makes the news of
Tybalt's death terrible to Juliet, and she expresses her horror and shock at the news
using a number of contradictions to describe her husband talking about how this act
reveals he is not what he appeared to be in terms of his outward
appearance:

keep so fair a cave?

Beautiful tyrant! Fiend
angelical!

Dove-feathered raven! Wolvish-ravening

Juliet continues in
this vein, but note how these contradictions express the confused emotions that she
feels. On the one hand, Romeo is her beloved husband, and on the other hand, he is a
hated killer who has robbed her of the lives of one of her family. Yet, after expressing
her confused feelings, note how her love for Romeo overcomes her hatred of him. When the
Nurse wishes ill upon Romeo, Juliet curses the Nurse, showing her love for her husband
and how this love has overcome any form of hatred she may
have:

Upon
his brow shame is ashamed to sit;

For 'tis a throne where
honour may be crowned

Sole monarch of the universal
earth.

O, what a beast was I to chide at
him!

Clearly, after having
been shocked by the news, she recognises that the power of love is more than equal to
the power of hate, and that love conquers all.
