I am applying for a scholarship and I need help in writing a bit of the essay. How do you feel your chosen school's program will help you reach...

I actually think the list of required things to include in
this essay present a pretty workable outline for you.  It sounds like you are struggling
most with what to write about.  Fortunately, as a scholarship
application essay, only you can write this.  It is, afterall, very
personal.  And trust me when I say that the best college application essays are the ones
that stick out because they are so personal, rather than sounding formatted, cliche, or
like you are only writing what you think they want to
hear.

With those things in mind,
brainstorm.

Make lists under each of the above headings
that are both very real, and very personal.  In my mind, the "summary of your goals"
could viably be accomplished in one sentence.  Use that, but go into a short story about
why you have this goal.

Also, the plan
to achieve your goals, at this point, might be very rudimentary.  You are at the very
beginning of your journey afterall.  Admit any doubts or questions you have in this
plan.  Admit things you know you don't yet know.  The application
judging pannel wants to "meet" you in this essay and see your humanity.  Be as authentic
as possible.

Finally, from the goal to your plan, they want
to see how their university or program is the one that will help
you accomplish your goals.  This is an opportunity to say why you want to be accepted
into their program.  So, why do you like this program so much?  Be honest.  Include
details that caught your attention that maybe seem insignificant.  I caution you not to
just list the things that are listed in the program's "brochure" as far as statistics
and bragging points go.  Most other students are going to use that information.  Think
of the details about the program that are unique and personally appealing to
you, and then tell why.

Good
luck.
