What negative things came from the 1950's?

When you say "came from" the '50s, I assume that you are
asking about negative things that happened later but were caused by things in the
'50s.

The most important thing that the '50s caused that
could be called negative was the counterculture of the '60s.  The '50s was a time of
conformity and of people trying hard to get ahead materially after all the problems of
the Depression and WWII.  The people who had lived through those times just wanted to
make secure and comfortable lives for themselves and this led to something of a
conformist and materialistic culture.

This culture led to a
backlash.  Kids whose parents were like that often ended up rebelling.  They wanted a
life that was (in their opinion) more meaningful than that of their parents.  They
wanted to avoid having to conform to what society wanted.  This led to the '60s ideas of
sex, drugs and rock and roll.  One could argue that this was a negative effect of the
'50s.
