What is the hyperbole in The Brothers Menaechmus?

A Hyperbole is an extreme exaggeration used in literature
to heighten the effect of the passage or even to evoke
humor.

Plautus used many themes in The Brothers
Menaechmus
, and even caught Shakespeare's attention to the point that the
Bard used Plautaus' play as an inspiration for "A Comedy of
Errors."

It has been a long time since I've read
The Brothers Menaechmus, but it seems that the hyperbole would be
in the mistaken identities and all the outwitting of others in the play.  Look for
comparisons that could not possibly be literally true which either make you laugh or
make you see more clearly an absurd aspect of someone's personality or
character.

Good Luck!
