You do not give beginning and ending years for your
question, so we cannot know for sure if this is the answer that you will want. However,
the value of US exports to China has risen in every year since 1990 with the exception
of 2009. In that year, exports were down very slightly from the previous
year.
As trade with China has increased, the value of US
exports has increased as well. Of course, the US trade deficit with China keeps growing
because US imports from China have increased at an even more rapid
pace.
Looking at the years from 1998 to the present, the
year with the lowest value of US exports to China was 1990. The year with the highest
value was 2010.
